• 100% No-Touch Freight - Full Benefits

\n\n Operate late model trailers in our over the road Dry Van Fleet. You’ll haul general commodities with no-touch freight across the lower 48 states. As a dry van driver with J&R Schugel, you’ll experience pre-loaded drop and hook business, 3 to 1 trailer ratio, experienced dispatch and help service Fortune 500 customers.

CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver Pay & Miles :

\n\n \n\t Earn $0.55 - $0.68 CPM

\n\t Earn $74,000 - $85,000 per year

\n\t Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM

\n\t CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week

\n\t $500 onboarding bonus

\n\t Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver

\n\t Detention, layover & stop pay

CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver Requirements :

\n\n \n\t Valid CDL-A, 21+

\n\t 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience in last 3 years

\n\t Safe driving record
