First Shift Opportunity

Pay : $21-$23 / hr

Job Description

This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of work orders from the stockroom to the assembly floor. The position also supports daily receipt of goods from vendors and shipments of products to both domestic and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare all spare parts, customer sample products, rejections, and RMAs for shipment, and prepare and ship office documents.
• Utilize shipping software including UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship.
• Demonstrate familiarity with international shipping regulations such as Certificates of Origin, USMCA, ISPM-15, and Shippers Letter of Instruction.
• Learn and utilize the TOTALogistix (TLX) TMS portal for LTL, dedicated, expedited, and international air freight shipments.
• Compare rates for LTL and air shipments with at least two carriers and prepare LTL or express freight bills and customer labels.
• Prepare invoices and international documents for shipments not created on a sales order, or requiring specific country documentation.
• Prepare shipping orders that the requisitioner has not provided.
• Post or issue all inventory parts shipments and maintain inventory levels of packing materials and accurate pack list files.
• Safely load and unload heavy machinery or be willing to learn.
• File and forward required shipping documents to accounting.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety rules.
• Work interdepartmentally with the Spare Parts team and other internal customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in all other Warehouse functions such as unloading trucks, part put away, picking and issuing, and cycle counting.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00 / yr.
