Staff CRNA - Nurse Anesthetist

A nationally ranked academic health system in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a highly collaborative and advanced anesthesia care team. Position Highlights

Schedule : Full-time (MondayFriday), 40 hours / week

Environment : Large academic medical center with trauma designation

Model : Supervised care (4 : 1 ratio) with anesthesiologists performing blocks

Start Date : Flexible, based on credentialing

EMR : Epic

Case Types & Scope

Join a team performing a broad mix of high-acuity procedures, including :

Neurosurgery : Craniotomies, aneurysm interventions, deep brain stimulation, pituitary resections, AVMs

Other Core Specialties :

Orthopedic Surgery

Spine

Urology

General Surgery

CRNAs are expected to provide independent management of induction, maintenance, emergence, and ventilationwithin a structured, team-based system that values autonomy and clinical excellence.

Candidate Requirements

Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

Masters degree (if certified post-2008)

Active Maryland RN and CRNA licenses (or eligibility)

BLS and ACLS certifications

Inpatient OR experience required
