Product Puller- Dairy

A leading dairy company is currently seeking skilled and motivated warehouse operators for immediate employment. These positions involve performing a range of tasks including order picking pulling and assembly as well as palletizing products and managing the loading unloading and staging of materials for outbound deliveries. Operators will be assigned to various stations or lines and are expected to adapt accordingly.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Execute efficient order fulfillment by picking pulling and assembling products.- Manage inventory through palletizing and organizing materials for delivery.
• Operate diverse material handling equipment and machinery safely within warehouse cooler freezer or dock settings.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols while performing tasks.
• Qualifications :
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic including addition subtraction multiplication and division across various units of measure encompassing whole numbers fractions and decimals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings including drug tests background checks and criminal history assessments.
• Physical capability to stand walk lift push pull reach and bend throughout the work shift.
• Capacity to lift weights up to 50 pounds and assist with manual handling of up to 6-8 cases stacked high.
• Willingness and ability to work in a refrigerated environment maintained at 3540 degrees Fahrenheit and occasionally in wet conditions.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including overtime weekends and holidays as required.
• Potential exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur.
