Sofo’s Italian Market is looking for a Café Master ! In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth operations of our fresh food departments and assisting our team members with day to day store activities. If you are a customer focused, cafe loving type of person please come join our team!

What You Will be Doing :

• Supervise and coordinate activities of team members to include day to day tasks, work schedules and breaks.
• May assist store management with interviewing applicants and team members performance.
• Train team members in their duties, store policies and company procedures.
• Check in new merchandise against what was ordered, reporting discrepancies and damages.
• Verify new merchandise is priced correctly and assist with department layout and displayed products as planned.
• Makes recommendations as to what is selling and what is not selling in the department.
• Prepares sales and inventory reports.
• Promotes excellent public relations to our customers by listening to concerns.
