The client is currently seeking a talented Employment Defense Attorney to join their respected and collaborative team in Encino, CA . The position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality matters while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through a flexible hybrid schedule .

Key Responsibilities

• Defend employers in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA matters in state and federal courts
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings (e.g., DFEH / CRD, EEOC, DLSE)
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues including wage & hour, discipline, leave laws, and workplace policies
• Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and employment agreements
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and trial preparation
• Support partners and collaborate with the team on complex cases and client counseling

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
