Traveling Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our 1st shift team at our North East, PA facility. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a skilled team and keep our operations running smoothly - whether it's planned, reactive, or corrective maintenance. This role is primarily a Monday-Friday (7 a.m. position with some occasional weekends that provide $250 shift bonuses.

Ensure compliance with all human and food safety standards across maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors.

• Guide a maintenance team of up to 10 staff with tracking assigned PMs, managing scheduling requests, and being hands-on as needed with legacy pizza equipment.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities (reactive, corrective, planned, and condition-based), aligning resources with production priorities.
• Own maintenance metrics and participate in daily DMS meetings to drive accountability and performance.
• Track and report weekly KPIs, including PM / CM completion, backlog, work order aging, MTTC, and breakdowns.
• Coach teams on Defect Elimination to maintain equipment in basic condition.
• Guide root cause analysis and cross-functional problem-solving to reduce breakdowns and reliability losses.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance.
