Job descriptionSuperar las crecientes expectativas de nuestros clientes brindándoles una experiencia de compras agradable y gratificante. Entablar relaciones con los clientes y mantenerlos informados con el fin de crear ventas. Verificar que los datos del cliente en el recibo coincidan con el envase de la receta al momento de la entrega. Recopilar y registrar la información de entrega necesaria para preparar una receta. Reunir diariamente las órdenes para volver a surtir recetas. Ayudar a los pacientes a encontrar medicamentos de venta sin receta sin hacer recomendaciones. Operar una caja registradora. Capacidad para representar una cultura de afecto y la búsqueda de la excelencia™ a través de las bases firmes de Big Y™ (Carácter, colaboración, desarrollo personal, acciones y resultados.) MA Capaz de pasar la inscripción de técnico farmacéutico después de 500 1000 horas de capacitación. CT Debe completar el proceso de solicitud estatal y trabajar con un técnico registrado durante 30 días para poder inscribirse. Debe tener título secundario, GED o debe estar inscripto en un programa GED. Debe completar una capacitación en HIPAA. Debe proyectar una imagen de pulcritud y profesionalismo. Debe poder trabajar en equipo con una actitud positiva y conducta pragmática. Capacidad para operar siguiendo las políticas, los procedimientos y las normas de la compañía. Capacidad para trabajar horarios flexibles de acuerdo con las necesidades de la farmacia. Atención a los detalles, precisión, capacidad para establecer prioridades y realizar seguimientos. Poseer excelentes habilidades organizativas, interpersonales y comunicativas. Capacidad para aprender y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas. Debe tener 18 años de edad. Debe dar su consentimiento para una prueba de detección de drogas y una investigación de antecedentes, y debe pasarlas.
