Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our employee communications team in the role of Communications Specialist. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Communications Lead in the management, coordination, and execution of a multitude of communications projects. You will help ensure the quality and consistency of our communications efforts, and provide limited creative support, inclusive of story / article writing and proofing. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Communications project management; stakeholder engagement this the main focus of this position. 60% of their time will be focused on communications project management.
• Writing; simple templated design support
• Quality assurance proofing, fact-checking; stakeholder approvals
• Supporting local photo and video shoots
• Organizing shared digital creative assets
• Coordinate metrics scorecard assembly
• Keep team SharePoint sites organized and updated
• Other duties as assigned
