Description :

Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech needed for a medical facility.

The unit is equipped with two Philips bright view NM cameras and a GE cardiac camera.

The estimated number of beds in the facility is 284.

There are typically three NM techs working on most days.

The position involves day shift hours, typically starting around 7 AM or 8 : 30 AM and ending around 4 : 30 PM or 5 PM.

Night shift call responsibilities are currently in place and will be discussed with the candidate.

The patient ratio is around 8-10 exams per day; this is an estimated figure and not guaranteed.

The typical procedures performed in the unit include various nuclear medicine procedures, although PET scans are not included.

Cardiac experience and familiarity with routine NM exams are preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, enjoy working with patients, and provide high-quality care.
