Job description

Quality Assurance Technician Hiring Immediately! | $20-22 / hr

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our client, a medical technology company dedicated to noninvasive regenerative medicine products, in Scottsdale, AZ . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a regulated industry supporting product quality and compliance.

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Pay :  $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift : Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

What Youll Do :

  • Perform Quality Assurance tasks on manufacturing and production floors
  • Conduct incoming inspections for materials and components
  • Support equipment calibration, environmental monitoring, and ESD compliance
  • Participate in evaluating and disposing of nonconforming materials
  • Assist with corrective / preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Help implement policies supporting FDA QSR and ISO 13485 standards
  • Compile and report quality metrics
  • Complete additional quality tasks as needed
  • What Were Looking For :

  • Attention to Detail : Precise and methodical in inspections and documentation
  • Experience : Background in QA / QC within manufacturing, preferably in medical devices
  • Technical Literacy : Ability to read mechanical drawings and BOMs preferred
  • Software Proficiency : Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Preferred Experience : IPC-A-610 knowledge, SAP familiarity
  • Work Style : Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or on a team
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Education & Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
  • 12 years of Quality Assurance experience, particularly in a regulated medical setting
  • Demonstrated experience in inspection and quality control functions
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Operate computers, printers, test instruments, and general office equipment
  • Sit for extended periods; occasional standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling
  • Use hands frequently for inspection and documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
  • Visual acuity for inspections and computer use
