Neuroscience Critical Care Unit (NCCU) Registered Nurse (RN) – Float at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Join the forefront of neurocritical care as a Registered Nurse (RN).

This unique role offers an opportunity to work at Johns Hopkins' leading institutions, providing specialized care to patients with complex neurological conditions in multiple levels of care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver expert care to patients undergoing neurological procedures and surgeries, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, aneurysm clippings / coiling, and more .
• Manage a diverse patient population with conditions such as strokes (post-tPA), ALS, Guillain-Barre syndrome, seizures, Parkinson’s disease, and spinal cord injuries .
• Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physician assistants, physical / occupational therapists, case management and social workers.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the continuum of care.

Who Should Apply :

Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN / MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range : Minimum $38.49 / hour - Maximum $​​​​59.66 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
