  • Driving Innovation & Support

Do you thrive on tackling business process challenges and leveraging technology to deliver faster, more convenient services? As an ERP Systems Support Analyst, you'll serve as a vital player on a team that ensures our ERP HRMS operates to its full capabilities. You'll provide hands-on support, enhance system functionality, and drive improvements that empower the city's workforce.   • Support & Troubleshoot : Provide day-to-day functional support to end users of the human resource (HR) management systems, acting as a key player on a team working to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Enhance & Optimize Systems : Assist end users in identifying and implementing system improvements, reviewing current business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. Assist with the development of job aids and training materials to support successful adoption by the end users.
  • Test & Validate Enhancements : Collaborate with ERP team members to design, develop, and deploy test scripts for software upgrades and system infrastructure changes. Work closely with end users during testing phases to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Communicate Key System Updates : Assist in executing communication plans for system maintenance, outages, and major ERP initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and minimizing disruptions.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights : Provide reporting support, develop ad hoc reports, and ensure users have access to the data they need for decision-making.
  • Drive Project Success : Contribute to ERP-related projects, assisting with planning, coordination, and execution to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
  • Minimum Training & Experience

    Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, finance, business administration or a related field

    3 years of operational and technical experience supporting ERPHRMS or Financials systems and 3 years of experience either in financial or human resource operations such as accounting, payroll, recruitment, compensation or computer systems analysis

    7 years of operational and technical experience supporting ERPHRMS or Financials systems and 3 years of experience either in financial or human resource operations such as accounting, payroll, recruitment, compensation or computer systems analysis

    Salary Range

    27.9700 to $75.8988 / hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $53.2199 / hour
