This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator with a background in civil mining or construction projects. Our client is privately owned multi-disciplinary engineering company delivering a range of different projects within resourcing roads construction utilities and mining.
This contractor is exceeding in the industry building a strong portfolio of projects and looking to build the business support team. They have a current need for a Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator who is driven innovative and reactive to a busy workload. This coordinator will take full responsibility of the recruitment and onboarding management for the business.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager duties will include but not limited to :
To be successful you must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role; project support / recruitment coordinator across a high volume of both blue- and white-collar work force in the construction industry. This individual will be organised have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Someone who is confident in owning the role managing their work independently continuing to implement and improve any inefficiencies. Proficient in Microsoft Suite i.e Outlook Microsoft Word Excel & SharePoint.
