THIS ROLE :

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our team for ASC Float (Covenant High Plains Surgery Center, NorthStar Surgical Center, and Covenant Medical Center)

THE FACILITY :

ASC Float (Covenant High Plains Surgery Center, NorthStar Surgical Center, and Covenant Medical Center)

Unique role providing coverage at three different NorthStar facilities in Lubbock : Covenant High Plains Surgery Center (~50%), NorthStar Surgical Center (~40%), and Covenant Medical Center (~10%)

CASES INCLUDE :

OB, GYN, Endo, ENT, General, Major Vascular, Neuro, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology.

We Offer :

Top of Market Base Salary up to $475K+

Incentives, Stipends & $100K Sign on Bonus

Generous PTO - 8 Weeks

Full Time, W2

Flexible Scheduling - Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, no call / no weekends
