Base pay range

$77,350.00 / yr - $104,650.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a regional CPA firm in a beautiful Connecticut suburb, is seeking a Senior Tax Associate. In this role, the Tax Associate will prepare various tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120) and projections for diversified clients, conduct US GAAP and tax research for engagements, and aid in providing solutions for our clients. This is a hybrid role with a firm that has a unique culture and competitive compensation and benefits. This role is in office 3 days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA track preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in public accounting with a quality CPA firm
• Experience with preparing tax returns 1040, 1120, 1065

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
