We're seeking a Senior Manager Data Science and Advanced Analytics to lead a team focused on building and operationalizing sophisticated models that drive strategic business outcomes across operations and fleet management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence, business strategy, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and implement predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models to support strategic decisions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value through analytics.
  • Guide the full analytics lifecycle—from data prep and feature engineering to model deployment and business presentation.
  • Design statistically valid experiments to assess operational strategies, and process changes.
  • Lead a team of data scientists and analysts in delivering high-impact, production-ready solutions.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.

About You :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience applying advanced analytics (e.g., regression, machine learning, optimization) to real-world problems.
  • 2+ years leading analysts or data scientists (direct or matrixed).
  • Proficient in SQL and statistical programming (Python, R, or similar).
  • Strong background in large-scale data environments and analytics automation.
  • Prior experience in fleet, logistics, subscription-based services, or the waste industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Bonus If You Have :

  • Experience with experimental design, price elasticity modeling, and operational optimization.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or fleet analytics.
