About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Interventional Radiologist to join our expanding team! This role focuses on diagnosing and treating vascular and structural conditions of the lower limbs using minimally invasive, image-guided techniques . 🌟 Key Responsibilities
Perform minimally invasive procedures : peripheral angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, and embolization for lower extremity vascular conditions 🦶
Interpret diagnostic imaging including ultrasound, CT, and MRI to guide treatment plans 🖥️
Collaborate with podiatrists and wound care specialists to manage chronic limb ischemia, diabetic foot complications, and venous insufficiency 🤝
Consult with patients to explain procedures, risks, and recovery expectations 💬
Ensure radiation safety and compliance with clinical protocols ☢️
Document procedures and outcomes for clinical and billing purposes 📋
Stay current with advancements in interventional techniques and podiatric applications 🔬
🎯 Qualifications
MD or DO degree with board certification in Interventional Radiology
Fellowship training in vascular or peripheral interventions preferred 🎓
Valid medical license in practicing state
Experience in limb salvage and wound care integration is a plus 🦶
