Operations Manager

In this role, you'll lead and support a team of associates to achieve operational goals, optimize processes, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at motivating teams, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Adhering to company policies on ethics & integrity.
- Leading & supervising a team of Area Managers and hourly associates in outbound or inbound operations within the Fulfillment Center.
- Improving performance, maximizing efficiency, and optimizing cost effectiveness.
- Accountability for meeting deadlines and exceeding operational goals.
- Establishing and sustaining effective, two-way communication that informs and motivates as well as recognizes excellence among team members.
- Ability to develop & share best practices across the shifts and network.
- Identifying issues with the operating metrics & P&L and make required adjustments in a timely manner.
- Ensuring each associate understands their individual role and responsibilities, as well as the group's role and responsibilities required to achieve and maintain a safe workplace.
- Driving continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the Fulfillment Center.
- Driving strategic planning and forecasting; appraising performance; rewarding & disciplining employees; resolving problems; and addressing staffing needs.
- Initiating & supporting the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Operations quality improvement system.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of management experience in fulfillment center / warehouse operations.Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekendsStrong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teamsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAble to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in non-climate-controlled conditionsComfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feetWhy Join Keystone Automotive Operations?
