Our clients are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Office Coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. This role is essential in providing a professional and welcoming experience, supporting administrative needs, and assisting with office maintenance and logistics.
Roles are onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Greet visitors and ensure a positive guest experience
- Validate guest parking as needed
- Export and manage Excel reports for client and internal data
- Coordinate meetings and assisting with calendar scheduling
- Assist with mail handling
- Prepare and drop off outgoing packages as needed
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Handle miscellaneous on-site requests and alert the appropriate team regarding maintenance issues
- Support with on-site document binding
