We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Steward. As a Lead Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and train a team of stewards in their daily tasks
• Oversee dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation duties to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a stewarding or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
