Minnesota Licensed Clinical Consultant

A company is looking for a Sr Clinical Consultant responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex medical information to support disability claims.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and analyze claim file information to deliver evidence-based recommendations

Collaborate with internal partners and healthcare providers to clarify treatment plans and support recovery strategies

Provide coaching to non-clinical staff to enhance medical understanding for claim management

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing and active RN license required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred

3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Proficiency with digital tools and multiple platforms

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
