Weekend Rotation - every 3rd weekend

Candidate MUST HAVE :

EPIC EMR charting

Any solid color scrub acceptable. Traveler must have own transportation to / from all patient visits.

o   Coverage Area :  Algonquin, Carpentersville, Sleepy Hollow, and surrounding towns
