MISSION :

To deliver and retrieve dies tools and fixtures in wax molding or in other production areas. To catalogue log out and store tools and dies accurately. To clean and provide minor tool maintenance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Tool Movement.

Objective : to deliver and retrieve dies tools and fixtures; to assure return to proper storage location.

Typical Activities :

• Reviews production schedule and / or works from verbal instructions.
• Locates appropriate Tech cards and tools dies fixtures.
• Delivers and places on appropriate molding machines.
• Collects tools dies fixtures and Tech cards; places in appropriate storage area.
• Updates tool and fixture tracking system (TFTS); maintains outgoing log.

Cleaning and Maintenance.

Objective : to maintain dies and tools in working order.
