Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Customer Liaison (Business Analyst) to join the Data Services management team. This Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and communicating with key stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business and industry data, liaising between various business departments, assessing options for process improvement, and maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations. This is a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and planning for department projects.

Must Haves :

Bachelors Degree
2+ Years of professional experience as a Business Analyst working with stakeholders, capturing business requirements, and developing technical requirements.
Experience working directly with IT stakeholders.
Strong document management best practices using tools like Teams, Sensei IQ or Microsoft Project are essential.

Plusses :

Certifications Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), PMI Professional in Business Analysis

Business acumen : Ability to understand various business operations, including finance, accounting, marketing and sales to help identify potential issues and determine the best solutions to resolve them.

Data analysis : Gather, analyze and interpret data to make business solution recommendations.

Statistics and probability : Use statistics and probability skills to analyze past data and make predictions about future outcomes. Apply common statistical and probability methods to read and analyze data.
