We proudly serve seven nursing home facilities across the Capital District, with this opportunity focused on delivering personalized, high-quality care to the 80 Long Term Care residents at the Eddy Heritage House in Troy, NY. Eddy Heritage House is more than just a nursing home - its a vibrant community offering skilled nursing, sub-acute rehabilitation and respite care in a warm, supportive environment.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

• Flexible Schedule : Enjoy work-life balance with a reliable Monday-Friday schedule of five 8-hour shifts.
• Manageable Caseload : See 12-14 residents per shift, including both routine and sick visits.
• Minimal On-Call : One week every 6-8 weeks, phone calls only.
