How You Will Make An Impact
Lead enterprise-wide IT strategy, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation.Align technology initiatives with overarching business goals to improve scalability, performance, and agility.Mentor and manage IT leadership and technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-accountability culture.Evaluate and deploy enterprise-level systems and applications that enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Oversee IT budgeting and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Establish strong vendor relationships and manage external service providers.Implement robust disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection protocols.Serve as a key technology advisor to senior leadership, identifying innovation opportunities that support growth.Are You a Strategic Technology Leader?
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Masters or MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.Proven experience in enterprise-wide digital transformations and managing complex IT ecosystems.Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, and data governance best practices.Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Adaptable to a high-growth, evolving environment with a balance of strategy and hands-on execution.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or legal.M&A and post-acquisition technology integration experience.
