Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties :

Provide essential care in a skilled nursing facility.

Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safety compliance.

Document patient conditions and update care plans accordingly.

Support and supervise STNAs to ensure quality long-term care.

Monitor resident health and escalate concerns as needed.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay & Schedule :

Hourly pay : $32 / hour

Shift differential : +$2 / hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.

Full-time and part-time available

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications :

Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio

BLS / CPR certification

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

Strong electronic medical record (EMR) skills

Excellent communication and patient care skills
