Position :

This position is based onsite 100%, Hauppauge NY

Job Description :

The primary function of the individual is to be a subject matter expert regarding documentation processes. Individual will maintain an effective document control process, ensuring that all manufacturing and testing documentation is accurate, meets quality specifications and applicable customer specifications; keeping documents up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties while meeting production demands.

Responsibilities :

• Verify accuracy of part entries, BOMs, and revisions in ERP system.
• Create, edit and format document change instructions to modify parts, assemblies, and BOM documentation within the ERP system.
• Manage files to ensure current revisions are available.
• Contribute to improving data collection and data maintenance methods from the various systems utilized.
• Collaborate with appropriate departments, including engineering, production and quality, to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
