Hotel General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of the Marriott Energy Corridor. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, managing staff, ensuring revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of service across all departments. Multilingual and bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members. The Hotel General Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming environment, optimizing hotel performance, and upholding the Marriott brand standards.
Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations.
Extensive knowledge of hotel management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; proficiency in phone etiquette is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with international guests.
Previous experience working in a similar hospitality environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement operational improvements.
