Associate Attorney

Berchem Moses PC is seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our growing

• Municipal and Land Use practice
• in our Westport office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful legal matters in a supportive and collaborative environment, with competitive compensation and excellent benefits including health coverage and 401(k) plans.
• Key Responsibilities
• Represent municipal clients in matters involving :
• Land use and zoning
• Property tax assessment appeals
• General civil litigation
• Freedom of Information Act compliance
• Municipal contracts and regulatory issues
• Minimum Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Connecticut Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 4 years of legal practice
• Valid motor vehicle license
• Preferred Qualifications
• Admission to practice in Federal Courts
• 2+ years of experience in municipal law and / or land use and zoning
