Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive integrative and functional medical care to patients, focusing on the root causes of health issues.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate lifestyle modifications, nutritional guidance, and alternative therapies.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications :

Master s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and valid North Carolina state license.

Strong background in integrative or functional medicine preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for holistic patient care.
