Real Property Management Pros is seeking a motivated and organized Leasing Agent to help landlords lease their rental homes and provide a great experience to prospective tenants. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady stream of inbound listings, no cold calling, and the support of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
What You'll Do :
- Develop pricing strategy and marketing content for new listings
- Communicate with prospective tenants and other agents to obtain applications
- Show rental properties to qualified prospective tenants
- Manage listing activity and coordinate showing schedules
- Provide feedback to property owners based on market response
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process for landlords and tenants
- Present screening results and recommendations to clients
