Key Responsibilities Architect and execute a multi-channel growth strategy with full P&L ownership for DTC Lead paid media strategy and manage large-scale media budgets while optimizing for CAC efficiency Oversee retention and lifecycle strategies to enhance customer engagement and reduce churn Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a senior role Proven success scaling a DTC business to $50M+ in revenue Deep expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo Experience managing $10M+ annual marketing budgets Bachelor's degree required
