As our HR Operations Specialist — Manufacturing, you’ll be the go-to partner for plant teams, ensuring people processes run smoothly and employees have the support they need.

Your impact

• Drive staffing for assigned business units : partner with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, agencies, and recruiters to source, select, and onboard.
• Stand up and execute HR programs, processes, and training for the plant environment.
• Keep HR data and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with HR experts on compensation, benefits, leadership development, learning, and performance management—owning timely deliverables.
• Resolve employee relations matters with confidentiality, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education : Bachelor’s / University Degree preferred

Experience : Minimum 3 years as an HR Generalist
