About The Position

• Call Schedule : No call, dedicated APP for all after hour calls, weekends, holidays
• Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation : $240,000 to $300,000 base salary + sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin automatically on your first day of employment. We offer three HMO plans and one PPO plan for medical coverage.

Physicians : Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,500.

Nurse Practitioners : Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,000.

Additional Info : This position will be located at Opsam Health City Heights Clinic, 5296 University Ave, Ste F1, San Diego, CA 92105.

Employment : Full-time (M-F, 8-5), no weekends or after-hours; open to 1099 or part-time (min. 3 days / week)

Clinic Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Team Structure : 1 : 1 MA support, APP covers after-hours

Technology : ECW with AI scribe; on-site lab and referral network access
