Senior Tax Accountant Associate - Phoenix, AX

What we're looking for :

• 5-10 years of experience preparing financial statement compilations, review and audits
• Trial balance work, preparation of compilations and reviews and participation in audits. Supervise and mentor staff.
• Prepare and review sophisticated S-Corp, partnerships, individual and trust tax returns including multi-entity returns; provide tax strategy, research and planning.
• CPA with a degree in accounting or tax
• Excel and accounting software proficiency (CCH Tax and PFX Engagement)
• Driven to expand and lead an accounting department and cultivate professional team / client relationships
