Title : Administrative Assistant (CSA)

Description :
Support a team of senior professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
Plan and organize complex travel arrangements both domestically and internationally.
Provide professional phone support and manage incoming calls.
Prepare and submit monthly expenses.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
Act as a team player with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and schedule meetings using a generic calendar management system.
Arrange and book travel itineraries and accommodations.
Provide backup assistance to other administrative team members.
Handle and screen phone calls professionally.
Prepare and reconcile expense reports.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a banking environment.
High proficiency in generic office software.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent judgment and discretion.
