A growing commercial general contractor in the Stillwater area is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects up to $20M. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more autonomy, direct access to ownership, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities :

• Manage ground-up commercial projects from start to finish
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal team
• Participate in light business development and relationship-building
• Contribute to company growth and future strategic planning
