Eaton's AER FMC division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager. Eaton's Charleston, SC location has long served as a Machining Center of Excellence for our Aerospace Group, with just under 200 employees, manufacturing hydraulic pumps for commercial and military aircraft. This is a Full-Time (M-F Daylight) role. Relocation benefits are available from within the United States! The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year. What you'll do :

The Value Stream Manager will manage the high-performance work team and coordinate production activities and resources per established practices and / or policies within the job area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will establish and maintain a positive employee relations environment by adherence to Eaton's Values, Ethics and Philosophies.

In this function you will :

• Proactively implement, promote, and maintain a safe working environment through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance, and policy enforcement
• Manage operational process to track and understand key operational metrics and develop action plans to improve operational performance
• Partner with supply chain to ensure continuous alignment between demand forecasts and load / capacity plans to optimize schedule execution
• Increase employee engagement and accountability to create a high performing culture
• Develop and maintain the staffing strategy for the department
• Drive continuous improvement programs and process improvements by applying the Eaton Business System and problem-solving tools
• Hold dotted line reports accountable through tier 2 meetings and daily accountability tracking
