Location : San Francisco (Hybrid)

Company Stage of Funding : Series A (rapid growth, preparing for Series B)

Office Type : Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite, rest remote

Salary : $160,000 - $250,000

The company builds AI-powered communication systems that integrate with logistics and supply chain platforms, enabling businesses to automate high-volume conversations across phone, email, and messaging. What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend infrastructure to power AI-driven communication at scale.
• Develop systems that handle thousands of concurrent AI interactions with low latency.
• Architect multi-region, fault-tolerant infrastructure and implement robust observability.
• Automate deployments, operational workflows, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Take full ownership of projects from design through to production.
