• The focus is on translating conceptual design discussions into clear documentation and data flow diagrams and creating executive level presentation in PowerPoint.
• This is more about structured communication and visual storytelling than hands-on architecture.
• Create diagrams, screenshots, and other visuals to enhance understanding of documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand project updates, software changes, and new features that require documentation.
• Maintain version control of documentation and ensure it is updated as software / hardware systems evolve.
• Organize and manage the documentation lifecycle, from draft to review, approval, and publication.
