JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE

Provide face to face customer service in the Entergy New Orleans Customer Care Centers.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Entergy Corporate applications (DSS DIS Indus Earl Pearl VEA ECOS Service Suite AM / FM DFM & Time and Labor. Must be familiar with CCS. Familiar will all company policies and procedures. Possess excellent communication skills both written and oral with internal and external customers. Willing to work extended hours as needed. Self-starter with high initiative willingness to learn new processes. Excellent multitasking and team working capability a must. Must be a team player and possess excellent decision making skills.

EEI Testing :

One way that Entergy has found to identify and assess the abilities and skills needed for certain jobs is through pre-employment testing.
