What would this role do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will assist families seeking support with autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing care in-home at a support center or in the community.

What we offer (We like to get right to it!)

• Competitive compensation (we value transparency) $19.00-$20.50 / hour
• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $1.50 per hour can be applied for applicable case support
• $300.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 150 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• $600.00Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 300 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2 : 00pm-8 : 00pm. Overnights from 10 PM-6 AM
• Weekends- Between the hours of 10AM- 8 PM
• Cities Targeting- Santa Clarita New Hall Canyon Country Valencia Castaic Stevenson Ranch Saugus
• We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.
