NAM MCU Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist - Major Component Upgrade (MCU) Team is an integral part of the NAM MCU Team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of major component upgrades with a specific emphasis on Core 100 quality reports and main bearing brush checks. The specialist will work hand-in-hand with NAM Operations and NAM Project Managers to maintain high standards throughout the upgrade process.

Job Description

• Quality Reports :

Generate and maintain detailed quality reports for major component upgrades.

Conduct thorough inspections and tests of main bearing brushes as part of the upgrade process.

Oversee the quality assurance processes for Core 100 components during upgrades.

Work closely with NAM Operations and NAM Project Managers to ensure alignment of quality goals with project objectives.

Identify opportunities for enhancing quality assurance processes and procedures.

Keep stakeholders informed of quality status issues and improvements.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $72400.00 and $108600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
