Banker Floater - Collin County

EECU is looking for a Universal Banker Floater that will be responsible for expanding relationships with EECU members and acquire new relationships by providing needs based products and services. Mileage will be paid from home base.

The Floater will rotate between the North Frisco In-Store Financial Center, Frisco In-Store Financial Center, and the Plano In-Store Financial Center as a teller or financial banker. Rotation between the other financial centers only on a needed basis- for assistance during position shortages, vacations, emergencies, leave of absences. Mileage will be paid from home base.

• Hourly rate position with monthly incentives.

Key responsibilities for the Universal Floater : Performing a broad variety of member service functions such as teller functions, open consumer accounts, service and sales activities by using needs-based selling techniques, and the ability to solve operational issues. Proactively sell, initiate and support marketing programs, and be responsible to build exceptional rapport and member service.

Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA / FACTA, and Service Members Civil Relief. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
