Plumber

Job Title : Residential Plumber

Location : Los angeles

Job Type : Full-Time, Contract to hire

Pay : $25-$35 per hour (Based on experience and interview performance)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Some weekends and overtime as needed)

Position Summary

As a Residential Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in single-family homes, apartments, and residential complexes. You'll work directly with homeowners and property managers to ensure plumbing systems are safe, efficient, and up to code.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and building codes
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide accurate estimates
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
