JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily warehouse operations by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
• Monitor cooler inventory and product codes to ensure proper rotation and freshness
• Coach counsel and discipline warehouse staff; plan monitor and appraise performance
• Support team success by contributing to related operational goals
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data to maintain accurate stock levels
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by implementing layout improvements inspecting equipment and coordinating repairs or replacements
• Monitor attendance and overtime to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Enforce quality assurance standards hygiene practices dress code and housekeeping protocols
• Lead shipping department activities to meet daily and long-term operational objectives
• Track and manage cooler over / short metrics and product dumps
• Coordinate with the Production Manager on daily product run sequences
• Collaborate with scheduling teams to establish daily par levels aligned with shipping needs
• Partner with Sales to address slow-moving SKUs
• Communicate with the Transportation Department regarding load status and logistics
