Job Functions :

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Chevrolet / GM vehicles.
• Assist and mentor entry-level technicians.
• Advise service advisor immediately if additional work is needed.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes. Stay current with Chevrolet / GM technical training and certifications.
• Ensure top tier customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop area.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
• Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed.
• Abide by safety rules, regulations, and procedures that are endorsed by Bowser Automotive Inc. and enforced by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
