Job descriptionAdvise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions financing joint ventures and leasing Draft review and negotiate transactional documents including purchase agreements financing documents joint venture agreements and leases Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently Participate in all stages of transaction execution from initial diligence to closing Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of $190000 - $210000 as determined by experience and market factors Eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical dental vision life and disability insurance; paid time off; 401(k) and other retirement plans; FSA / HSA; paid parental leave; domestic partner benefits; family / dependent care leave; employee assistance program; and commuter benefits

Our client a prominent AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Los Angeles . This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility work with a diverse client base and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California in good standing
- 3 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
- Experience representing developers owners investors and lenders in financing development and investment matters preferred
- Demonstrated experience with loans joint ventures entity documents and leases
- Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
